MUSIC and artwork will combine at No Limits Perth’s next fundraising event.

The Landsdale-based charity will host Music, Song and Dance at the Currambine Community Centre from 6pm to 11.30pm on Saturday, August 12.

“We have a six-piece live band, the Smash Monkeys, playing all the hits from the ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s to current music,” chairwoman Janine Wood said.

“The food, which is included in the ticket price, is being catered for by Bits and Bites for Better, another not-for-profit organisation of volunteers.

“And we have artist Wendy Fox donating one of her amazing paintings for our silent auction, as well as putting on a display of her other paintings for the evening.”

All money raised will help No Limits Perth raise awareness and support for victims of domestic violence, the unemployed, newcomers, families who have been affected by drugs and alcohol, low income-earners and the homeless.

Tickets are $40 each or $395 for a table of 10 from www.trybooking.com/QTSW.

Bring your own alcohol, but soft drinks will be available to buy.
