Telethon home auction
THE 2017 Eden Beach Telethon Home by In-Vogue will go to auction next weekend, with proceeds going to the Telethon Kids Institute, Princess Margaret Hospital/ Perth’s Children’s Hospital, and the many other beneficiaries of Telethon working to improve child health in WA.
The contemporary twostorey beachside home will go under the hammer on site at 11am on Sunday, October 22, at Eden Beach estate in Jindalee unless sold prior.
To celebrate the event, there will be a three-hour extravaganza on Emmae Way, Jindalee, opposite the charity home from 9am to noon.
The public is invited to attend and be entertained by roving performers and the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra, meet Channel 7 celebrities, including a special appearance from Fat Cat, and indulge in a sausage sizzle from Harvey Beef and other activities for the whole family.
“Last year the Telethon Home in Satterley’s Eden Beach Estate sold for $750,000, which contributed to the record $26.29 million raised over the Telethon weekend,” Satterley Property Group chief executive Nigel Satterley said.
“This year we hope to raise even more money for this truly wonderful cause.”
Satterley Property Group and Ocean Springs Estate Pty Ltd, along with Eden Beach Estate’s other development partners, have donated the block, with In-Vogue once again building the two-storey home.
