CHANCE TO ACQUIRE BEACHFRONT LAND
BUYERS have a new opportunity to snap up rare beachfront land in Perth’s north.
The latest release at Capricorn Beach Estate in Yanchep comprises 28 blocks from 324sq m to 520sq m with prices from $246,000 to $344,000.
It includes five fronting the beach, with spectacular ocean views.
Estate project director Jarrod Rendell said they were the first beachside lots released at the masterplanned community in more than two years and represented great value.
“No other project in the northern coastal corridor is offering these size lots, this close to the beach and at such a great price,” he said.
“Capricorn Beach currently offers the most affordable coastal land on the western side of Marmion Avenue, with land prices averaging $581 per square metre for lots ranging from 300sq m to 510sq m.”
Mr Rendell said Yanchep was quickly emerging as a sought-after lifestyle location in the northern coastal suburbs.
It was renowned for stunning beaches and beautiful parks but being enhanced by new lifestyle facilities, including the Yanchep Surf Life Saving Club and sporting complex.
Other amenities included the new Yanchep Secondary School.
“Capricorn Yanchep is located in an established community which has schools, shops, medical centre and already has a variety of social facilities that other new residential developments take years to establish,” he said.
“These amenities include the new Woolworths at Yanchep Central, Yanchep Beach Primary School, tennis court, footy goals, walkways and public art installations.”
Capricorn Beach Estate is home to about 4000 people.
