JOONDALUP detectives have charged a man and a boy after an armed robbery at a northern suburbs shopping centre last Friday.
Police said a group of youths walked into a clothing shop at a Joondalup shopping centre just after noon.
They allegedly took several items of clothing and when approached by a staff member, the 15-year-old produced a knife and made threats towards her.
They left the store, taking the clothing with them.
The staff member had her clothes sliced by the knife as the youths left.
A 21-year-old man and 15-year-old boy, both from Dudley Park, have been charged with aggravated armed robbery.
Detectives are still investigating and trying to determine the identity of a third boy who was involved who they believe was between 14 and 16 years old. Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
