Cougars can’t get a win

IT was a rough week­end weather wise and so were the Kala­munda Cougars’ re­sults with all teams un­able to win.

E1s came up against third placed Cool­bellup away at Tem­pest Park, with a few reg­u­lars play­ing up with the A re­serves they were un­able to match it with the Cats go­ing down 13.16 (94) to 6.9 (45).

A Grade started their game off in poor cir­cum­stances and were eight goals down at half time, they fought back in the third kick­ing the first four goals in the quar­ter only to have TAs kick the next five.

The last quar­ter was quite evenly matched and the boys went down 18.18 (126) to 8.3 (51). Brett Robin­son con­tin­u­ing his good form with best on ground hon­ours.

All A grade teams are at Ray Owen this week­end with the league team need­ing a win and re­sults to go their way to play fi­nals.
