The City’s Ageing Disgracefully event is back with more frivolity and information on Wednesday, September 20, at Altone Park Leisure Centre in Beechboro, from 8.30am to 1pm.

In the spotlight will be master gardener Sabrina Hahn and motivational speaker Peter Dingle, sharing their words of wisdom.

They will be joined by exercise physiologist and author David Beard, who wrote If Only I’d Known I’d Live This Long.

Swan Mayor Mick Wainwright said this year’s line-up of entertainment and information was a winning formula for tips on how to embrace the twilight years of life.

The Ageing Disgracefully event is free but bookings are required via the City’s website or by calling the Altone Park Leisure Centre on 9207 8555.
