Boul­der Gold are un­beaten af­ter notch­ing two wins in last week­end’s third and fourth rounds of Gold­fields pen­nant lawn bowls.

On Satur­day, Boul­der Gold (60 shots; six points) beat Kal­go­or­lie Green (47 shots; one point).

They fol­lowed up on Sun­day with a win over Boul­der Black.

Boul­der Gold lead the stand­ings from Kal­go­or­lie Green, Kal­go­or­lie White and Boul­der Black.

Ac­tion in the men’s league cham­pi­onships fours con­tinue this week­end at Kal­go­or­lie.

Also this week­end, nom­i­na­tions close for two up­com­ing events, in Esper­ance on De­cem­ber 5-6 and Merredin on Jan­uary 8.

Kal­go­or­lie Bowl­ing Club’s next men’s event is the cham­pi­onship triples on Novem­ber 7-8.

Kal­go­or­lie’s women’s club cham­pi­onship triples were de­cided this week, with Irene Thomp­son, Janet Perks and Tracy Posa beat­ing Alice Small­horn, Myra Robin­son and Mau­reen Milne.

Women’s pen­nants con­tinue next Wed­nes­day at Boul­der.
