LWP in merger with PRM

Two WA de­vel­op­ers of big ur­ban com­mu­ni­ties, LWP Prop­erty and PRM Prop­erty, are to merge from De­cem­ber 1.

Founders Danny Mur­phy (LWP) and Steve Robert­son (PRM) said their pre­vi­ous work his­tory gave them “great com­fort” about the “cul­ture, align­ment and fit”.

The new com­pany, which will main­tain the LWP Prop­erty Group name, has 20 projects around Aus­tralian in­clud­ing El­len­brook and Banksia Grove, with the Depart- ment of Com­mu­ni­ties, Trin­ity at Alki­mos and The Glades at By­ford.

LWP’s Danny Mur­phy will be man­ag­ing di­rec­tor, PRM’s for­mer man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Bren­dan Acott be­comes chief op­er­at­ing of­fi­cer and man­ag­ing di­rec­tor-in-wait­ing, and Mr Robert­son be­comes a LWP di­rec­tor.

LWP’s share­hold­ers are the Prindiville and Mor­ris fam­i­lies, Primewest Group, John Schaf­fer and Mr Mur­phy.

PRM’s share­hold­ers are Mr Robert­son and Mr Acott.

Steve Robert­son, Bren­dan Acott and Danny Mur­phy cel­e­brate the merger.
