ELEVEN mem­bers en­joyed a tasty breakfast at the home of Ber­rie McMil­lan to be­gin 2018. This was fol­lowed by the meet­ing led by VP Ann Roberts. Five apolo­gies in­cluded pres­i­dent Mau­rene Pearce who has a bro­ken arm.

Ann Roberts, Suzanne Tay­lor and Ber­rie McMil­lian re­ceived birth­day sprays and all sang Happy Birth­day.

Christ­mas Din­ner was en­joyed by those present and a suc­cess­ful P-12 fete brought 2017 to a close.

Ann Roberts and Doreen Napier will make pan­cakes for Shrove Tues­day on Fe­bru­ary 13 in Shep­par­ton.

Branch craft at Ber­rie McMil­lan’s on Wed­nes­day, Fe­bru­ary 14 to knit Ted­dies for Sa­mar­i­tan Purse boxes.

Bring eight ply yarn and 4mm nee­dles.

In­ter­na­tional of­fi­cer Lyn Fraser gave a de­tailed re­port on the Peru­vian na­tional an­them, which dates back to 1821, with mod­i­fi­ca­tions dur­ing the decades.

Group lun­cheon to cel­e­brate 90th birth­day of CWA of Vic Inc will be at Harston Hall on Wed­nes­day, March 14 at 9.30am. Branches to bring two plates of morn­ing tea from their era. Sheri­dan’s era is 1938-1948.

$25 catered lunch will be avail­able — num­bers and money to branch sec­re­tary by March 2.

All branches to pro­vide en­ter­tain­ment rel­e­vant to their era.
