Hear about the Voices of War

Kyabram Free Press - - NEWS -

FEEL the excitement of the battle call, the hardship and suffering of men at the front, the emotion of the conscription debate, the compassion of nurses and the pain of those waiting at home.

That is what lies in store as the Kyabram Bush Verse Group presents Geoffrey W Graham in Voices of War — an ANZAC story.

Geoffrey is a performer who combines comedy, bush poetry and music, as well a swag of genuine Australiana including whipcracking.

And he will be performing at the Kyvalley Hall on November 18 from 2pm.

‘‘You can expect to see two and a half hours of jam-packed entertainment,’’ Kyabram Bush Verse Group’s Les Parkinson said.

Tickets cost $20 per person, including afternoon tea, and can be booked via Les on 5852 2281.

Geoffrey Graham entertains Kyabram P-12 students with his performance as bush poet Banjo Paterson.
