Vic­to­ria Shaw

As the only woman in Aus­tralia to ac­tively broad­cast live rac­ing track­side and on TV and ra­dio, Vic­to­ria Shaw is the first woman to go be­yond the typ­i­cal roles for women within rac­ing and the me­dia. With for­mer tele­vi­sion and live ra­dio work to her credit, Vic­to­ria con­tin­u­ally strives to push bound­aries for women within Aus­tralian rac­ing and around the world as a race caller. The di­ver­sity of her broad­cast­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties have taken her from “off the beaten track” to work­ing for Ara­bic roy­alty and meet­ing unique and hard­work­ing in­dus­try par­tic­i­pants that aren't main­stream, but con­stantly re­veal­ing many “rac­ing gems” as a part of her quest.

Sharon Lee chapman

In 2011 Sharon Lee Chapman shot to world-wide pho­to­graphic promi­nence with her head­line im­agery of “Banna Strand” leap­ing into an un­sus­pect­ing au­di­ence at the War­rnam­bool Grand An­nual. Re­ceiv­ing the pres­ti­gious “Quill Award” for her work that has graced many news­pa­per and mag­a­zine cov­ers in­clud­ing the New York Times. Sharon Lee cap­tures so many emo­tional and in­trigu­ing mo­ments that re­ally tell a story and best sum­marise for so many the con­tin­ual al­lure and ro­mance of rac­ing. Sharon is the Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor of Fast Track Pho­tog­ra­phy.

Ross Steven­son

Ross got in­volved in pho­tog­ra­phy when he started rac­ing horses with his brother. Now he is one of the lead­ing rac­ing pho­tog­ra­phers in Aus­tralia and has had much of his work pub­lished in some of the lead­ing horse rac­ing pub­li­ca­tions in Aus­tralia - such as Race­track, Best Bets, Win­ning Post and of course the Ladies in RAC­ING Mag­a­zine.

Tim Guille

Catch­ing the thor­ough­bred bug from a very young age, Tim Guille has al­ways had a pas­sion for rac­ing. Be it as an spec­ta­tor, owner, or punter, he is never far away from the race­track with form guide and binoc­u­lars in hand. His writ­ing has fea­tured in a wide va­ri­ety of pub­li­ca­tions in the thor­ough­bred and sport­ing in­dus­try over the last 7 years. He has al­ways had a pas­sion for peo­ple, and this has led him to fo­cussing his writ­ing on shar­ing the sto­ries of the the peo­ple and char­ac­ters that work tire­lessly to make the magic hap­pen in the sport of kings. Lisa cof­fey

As Rac­ing Vic­to­ria's Work­force De­vel­op­ment Of­fi­cer, Lisa de­signs and de­liv­ers in­no­va­tive train­ing pro­grams to in­tro­duce new work­ers and up­skill cur­rent work­ers in the rac­ing in­dus­try across all job roles. With a strong jumps rac­ing and eques­trian back­ground from Ire­land, Lisa has over 20yrs ex­pe­ri­ence in the rac­ing in­dus­try. Lisa is cur­rently a Di­rec­tor of the Board of the Aus­tralian Jumps Rac­ing As­so­ci­a­tion and Mem­ber of the Vic­to­rian Wake­ful Club. Fol­low her on twit­ter @ lisacof­fey01

Caitrin O'Rourke

Caitrin has been an ac­tive horse woman from an early age from the hunt­ing fields of Co. Meath in Ire­land, the race­courses of Ire­land, and the UK as an am­a­teur jockey. Caitrin’s jour­nal­is­tic ca­reer spans 3 coun­tries; Ire­land and Lon­don be­fore con­tin­u­ing in Aus­tralia fol­low­ing a move here in 2012. She is a Pae­di­atric In­ten­sive Care nurse at the Royal Chil­dren’s Hos­pi­tal in Mel­bourne, an am­a­teur milliner and also acts as Prac­tice Man­ager for Race­track Ve­teri­nary Ser­vices in Morn­ing­ton. In 2014/15 Caitrin was Mel­bourne Rac­ing Club’s “Face of Morn­ing­ton Race­course”.
