Coun­try mu­sic lovers showed their pas­sion for their genre when 18,000 tick­ets for CMC Rocks QLD sold out within an hour. Tick­ets to the four-day fes­ti­val at Ip­swich in March were snapped up af­ter coun­try mu­sic lovers came out in force to snare their chance to see the world’s hottest coun­try artists. “CMC Rocks fans are the best au­di­ence, and are su­per pas­sion­ate about this fes­ti­val,” fes­ti­val di­rec­tor Rob Potts says. Chugg En­ter­tain­ment ex­ec­u­tive chair­man Michael Chugg says the con­cert sell-out shows the growth of the coun­try mu­sic genre in Aus­tralia. “We are all very proud, and are look­ing for­ward to our eleventh year, and the most amaz­ing line-up yet,” he says. The con­cert will be head­lined by Luke Bryan (pic­tured).
