Stream to Emby through Kodi
Access your Emby media on your PC, Mac, Raspberry Pi or Android device with the help of Kodi
Install the add-on
Open Kodi, then navigate to System>File manager and double-click Add source. Enter http://kodi.emby.media into the <none> field, name the source Emby and click OK. Now browse to System>Settings>Addons>Install from zip file and select Emby>repository.emby.kodi-1.0.3.zip. Finally, select Install from Repository>Kodi Emby AddOns>Video add-ons>Emby.
Configure the add-on
Click Install. After installation, Emby will attempt to detect your server – select it followed by your username, then install the add-on to control playbook. Choose whether or not to enable music, and tap Yes to enable direct streaming should you need access outside of your home. Once done, click the add-on and choose Configure to edit settings – Sync Options is a good place to start.
Add a skin
While the add-on syncs your library, tap OK followed by the Home button. Browse your Emby libraries via the Video or Music Add-ons menu – tap Emby to browse and access your media. Don’t like the look? Go to System>Settings>Addons>Install from repository>Kodi Add-on repository> Skins and choose a different look, such as Arctic Zephyr.
