Recipe: Raspberry Ice Pops
Keep cool with these tasty treats, straight from the freezer!
YOU WILL NEED:
• 1 cup frozen raspberries • 2 tablespoons caster sugar • 1 ¾ cups coconut water
WHAT TO DO:
Step 1. Combine frozen raspberries and caster sugar in a blender or food processor.
Step 2. Add coconut water before blitzing up your ingredients. Now you should have a thick, red smoothie.
Step 3. Pour the smoothie into four ice block moulds. Leave to set in the freezer for 4 hours.
Ask an adult to be your assistant in the kitchen!
