Recipe: Raspberry Ice Pops

Keep cool with these tasty treats, straight from the freezer!

YOU WILL NEED:

• 1 cup frozen rasp­ber­ries • 2 ta­ble­spoons caster sugar • 1 ¾ cups co­conut wa­ter

WHAT TO DO:

Step 1. Com­bine frozen rasp­ber­ries and caster sugar in a blender or food pro­ces­sor.

Step 2. Add co­conut wa­ter be­fore blitz­ing up your in­gre­di­ents. Now you should have a thick, red smoothie.

Step 3. Pour the smoothie into four ice block moulds. Leave to set in the freezer for 4 hours.

Ask an adult to be your as­sis­tant in the kitchen!
