Makeyummy Muf nCups
The morning after your sleepover, your guests and whip kitchen these tasty for brunch!
YOU WILL NEED:
• 6 x slices Abbott’s Village Bakery Gluten Free Mixed Seeds bread, crusts removed • 4 eggs, beaten • 2 spring onions, sliced • 1 tomato, diced • ¼ cup spinach leaves, chopped
finely • ¼ tsp ground black pepper • Olive oil spray
STEP 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Lightly spray a muffin tin with olive oil spray. STEP 2. Place each slice of bread into an individual muffin hole, pressing it down into the bottom and sides to create an edible patty pan. STEP 3. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and carefully ladle equal portions into each muffin hole until mixture is finished. STEP 4. Bake for 25 minutes and enjoy warm.
