Makeyummy Muf nCups

The morn­ing af­ter your sleep­over, your guests and whip kitchen th­ese tasty for brunch!

Little Angel - - SLEEPOVER SPECTACULAR -

YOU WILL NEED:

• 6 x slices Ab­bott’s Vil­lage Bak­ery Gluten Free Mixed Seeds bread, crusts re­moved • 4 eggs, beaten • 2 spring onions, sliced • 1 tomato, diced • ¼ cup spinach leaves, chopped

finely • ¼ tsp ground black pep­per • Olive oil spray

METHOD:

STEP 1. Pre­heat oven to 180 de­grees. Lightly spray a muf­fin tin with olive oil spray. STEP 2. Place each slice of bread into an in­di­vid­ual muf­fin hole, press­ing it down into the bot­tom and sides to cre­ate an edi­ble patty pan. STEP 3. In a bowl, com­bine the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents and care­fully la­dle equal por­tions into each muf­fin hole un­til mix­ture is fin­ished. STEP 4. Bake for 25 min­utes and en­joy warm.
