Recipe: Mini Pavlo­vas

A de­li­cious Aussie dessert! mini pavs re­ally cute easy­peasy make.

YOU WILL NEED:

1 large mango 300ml dou­ble cream Mini pavlova cases/meringues 2 pas­sion­fruits, flesh scooped out Mint leaves and straw­ber­ries to gar­nish (op­tional)

METHOD:

STEP 1. Cut the flesh from the mango, then dice into a bowl, in­clud­ing as much juice as pos­si­ble. Make sure you get an adult to help you with this step be­cause knives are sharp!

STEP 2. Lightly whip the cream in a bowl, add the mango mix­ture and fold through.

STEP 3. To as­sem­ble, ar­range the meringues on a clean flat sur­face. Spoon the mango-cream mix­ture evenly across all. Driz­zle each meringue with pas­sion­fruit.

STEP 4. Gar­nish your pavlo­vas with mint leaves and straw­ber­ries.
