Recipe: Mini Pavlovas
A delicious Aussie dessert! mini pavs really cute easypeasy make.
YOU WILL NEED:
1 large mango 300ml double cream Mini pavlova cases/meringues 2 passionfruits, flesh scooped out Mint leaves and strawberries to garnish (optional)
STEP 1. Cut the flesh from the mango, then dice into a bowl, including as much juice as possible. Make sure you get an adult to help you with this step because knives are sharp!
STEP 2. Lightly whip the cream in a bowl, add the mango mixture and fold through.
STEP 3. To assemble, arrange the meringues on a clean flat surface. Spoon the mango-cream mixture evenly across all. Drizzle each meringue with passionfruit.
STEP 4. Garnish your pavlovas with mint leaves and strawberries.
