Recipe: Peanut But­ter & Choco­late Shards

This recipe is per­fect if you have left over choco­late this also Easter.It’s su­perduper tomake!

YOU WILL NEED:

• 200g white or dark choco­late, chopped into small pieces • 200g left­over choco­late, chopped into small pieces • 1 ¾ cups (450g) smooth or crunchy peanut but­ter • Pinch of salt

METHOD:

STEP 1. Line a 20 x 30cm bak­ing tin with bak­ing pa­per. Find two mi­crowave-safe bowls, and in the first melt the white/dark choco­late and peanut but­ter to­gether in a mi­crowave, stir­ring ev­ery 30 sec­onds un­til nice and creamy. Ask an adult to help you with this step!

STEP 2. Pour the mix­ture into the bak­ing tin and spread evenly across its base. In the sec­ond bowl, re­peat the process with the left­over choco­late, stir­ring ev­ery 30 sec­onds un­til smooth. Driz­zle this choco­late over the peanut but­ter mix­ture.

STEP 3. With a knife, cut through in swirls. Re­frig­er­ate un­til set, then break into shards to serve.
