Do you want to detox? Raise your vitality and energy? Balance your mind and emotions and increase your motivation for exercise and healthy living?

I am no stranger to the demands of modern living having held senior level positions in global companies for many years. In the earlier part of my career I had no solid practices in place to support my wellbeing. I walked around in a state of moderate to chronic stress, juggling my responsibilities, unaware of the wear and tear on my body.

Eventually the outward signs of degeneration started to show. I experienced more colds and flu, my digestion suffered and my energy became depleted. I became increasingly vulnerable to stress, anxiety and feeling low – all areas of my life were affected.

This triggered my own personal wellness journey to regain control of my health and vitality. I now work in this area full-time as I am passionate about helping people reach their wellness potential so that they can be the best version of themselves.

I use a range of effective modalities including; body-mind

nutrition, Ayurveda (a 5000-year-old system of medicine), advanced hypnosis, Time Line Therapy & kinesiology depending upon your specific needs.
