When I was 19 years old I was seriously depressed.

Even though I was so young I felt like life had no meaning and everything was pointless.

I had experienced childhood abuse from a family ‘friend’ from four to eight years old.

I was sworn to secrecy but one of my friends told her parents and they rang the police.

We then all went through the subsequent court case. Finally by the time I was nine years old he admitted to his crime.

I lived in a family and a culture where no one talked about what had happened. Since I looked happy and bubbly everyone thought I was OK. But I wasn’t. I had no way to deal with the emotions and negative beliefs that the abuse engendered in me.

So at 19 I found myself standing at the kitchen sink with some sleeping tablets in my hand. I didn’t really want to die but I didn’t know what to do with all the pain I felt inside. I remember thinking: “You are so pathetic!” But I didn’t know what else to do, or how else to ask for help, so I swallowed them.

After that all hell broke loose in the household. No one knew what to do with me so I did the rounds of counsellors and psychologists.

Then one day a friend said to me: “Pip it is like there are two of you. The bubbly one everyone knows and then a deeper hidden one that no one can reach.” When I look back on it, this was an incredible insight for a 19 year old boy to have!

He told me about his spiritual teacher and felt she could help me. This started a 22-year ‘Spiritual Apprenticeship’ into, what I now call, the 22 Principles of Success, Love and Happiness and their associated archetypes.

They originated from the Western mystery traditions that began in ancient Egypt and influenced ancient Greece, the Knight’s Templar, the Renaissance, the Golden Age in England with Elizabeth I and Shakespeare and the Age of Enlightenment in France.

More recently The Secret used one of these principles and its associated law; The Law of Attraction.

But really this principle of Focus is meant to be used in association with the other 21 principles in order to be truly effective.

The way I learnt the principles was very intuitive which was wonderful for me but also very slow. I realised that most people did not have the time to learn the principles in this way but could still gain enormous benefit from them. So I codified them to make them easier to understand, absorb and use.

Then I created a coaching process to accompany each one to make it easier to discover your passion and purpose, clear negative influences of certain people in your life, as well as clearing negative emotions and belief.

I then created processes for enhancing self-love and self-respect and reversing self-sabotage so people could fulfil their potential.

For the last 16 years I have been using the processes to create a unique and powerful approach to personal and spiritual development.

Now I would like to give back to the community by offering this free 1-day event where you can learn about each of the 22 principles and their accompanying secret.

Principles such as the principle of Energy and its secret of inspiration, the principle of Receptivity and its secret of vulnerability and the principle of Self-love and its secret of discernment, as well as many more.

If you would like to learn about the 22 principles of success love and happiness – 8 of which were the subject of my Amazon #1 selling book – then join us and be transformed and inspired.

Formulated by food scientists & dieticians, Golden Grind celebrates its hero ingredient, turmeric, by using the highest quality grade of the spice from crops they sourced themselves in India. Organic & fair trade, the turmeric in Golden Grind contains over 5% active curcumin, the wonder molecule responsible for all the health benefits. Curcumin is a very powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant & terminal illness preventer. Golden Grind came to life after a Melbourne family, running an ethical café, couldn’t keep up with orders of the yellow drink sensation called golden lattes. With no readymade mix on the market, the health-conscious gang decided they would craft a perfectly portioned powder, that answered your DIY turmeric milk or golden latte prayers. Golden Grind can also be used in smoothies & traditional cooking methods plus much more. Do not just visit Egypt – experience Egypt – understand it the way the ancient Egyptians themselves understood it. Every temple and pyramid was placed in a specific location for a specific purpose, and, as we travel to them, I teach why this is important for us and what we need to do when we get there. To the ancient Egyptian, becoming a spiritually evolved being was the only reason for life and the teachings of the temples and the ascension process in the pyramid was the way to achieve this. In the tour I follow this same path, so that every member of the group has the greatest opportunity to realise their highest potential.
