Somewhere between a higher-end photography app and a simple filter tool, Pixlr lets you tweak images to do everything from making subtle changes to add punch, to adding trippy space vortex elements. The free version offers more basic tools (albeit with lots of available effects), while a subscription unlocks more powerful editing features.
