Adding com­ments and in­struc­tions

Com­ments can be used to draw some­one’s at­ten­tion to an is­sue with the struc­ture or con­tent of your shared doc­u­ment with­out in­ter­fer­ing with the doc­u­ment lay­out. Just click the Com­ment op­tion at the top of the Pages doc­u­ment and then type your mes­sage. It will ap­pear wher­ever your cur­sor is cur­rently in­serted in the doc­u­ment. You can also cre­ate a com­ment con­tain­ing an in­struc­tion for what you’d like the other per­son to in­clude, such as ‘please add pho­tos of Palermo apart­ment’.
