A much better email app

Ever since Yosemite was installed on my Mac Pro, Mail has been unreliable and glitchy. I spent hours trying to get it to work – I even tried to tweet Tim Cook! I was about to revert to Mavericks, but then I went back and read your review of alternatives to Mail in the September 2014 issue and decided to try Postbox. Wow! I’m a BIG fan. Takes a little getting used to but it’s intuitive and, so far, has displayed none of the concerns expressed about Mail and Yosemite! John Bonn Email is one of those things where everyone has their own idea about the best way to display messages and folders. I personally don’t like the aesthetic of Postbox (postboxinc.com) as much, and I don’t want to live without smart folders. But I’m delighted you’ve found something that works for you.
