Culling unwanted iPad apps

-

I have hundreds of apps on my iPad 2 – you know, you try, you don't like, and that builds up the quantity. How can I get rid of all the apps I don’t use? Gerry Vessem There are two ways. You can tap and hold on any icon on the Home screen until they all start to jiggle. All downloaded apps will have a little ‘X’ at the top-left. Tap this to uninstall the app and its data. Or, with your iPad connected to your Mac, click the iPad icon at the top-left of iTunes. Select Apps from the left sidebar to see all that are installed on the iPad and those that have been backed up to your Mac. Click the Remove button next to an app to uninstall it.
