An ingenious stand and Bluetooth keyboard combo
The Moshi VersaKeyboard is a great idea, one so simple you wonder why Apple didn’t think of it first.
Inspired by origami, the VersaKeyboard case folds up to provide three different viewing positions. It’s an elegant solution that blends simple practicality with the sort of design flair that, thanks to Apple’s aesthetic brilliance, I’ve come to demand from the gear in my life.
The cover panels fold and magnetically stick in position, so there’s no fiddling around trying to get them to stay in place. It’s a sturdy piece of kit and lets me get on with work with minimal fuss.
I find it really comes to life when combined with the bundled Bluetooth keyboard. Pairing it with my iPad Air 2 is straightforward and means I don’t have to worry about taking a hefty laptop with me when I’m travelling. When I’m finished, the keyboard slots neatly into the back of the case, keeping it out of the way but still protected.
Each panel in the folding outer layer combines a tough exterior with a soft fabric interior, ensuring my iPad remains protected from bumps and scratches alike. It’s simple, practical and looks great too, making it a great companion for my device whether I’m chilling at home or out on the move.
