What’s up with my pass­word?

Q iTunes does not recog­nise my Ap­ple ID pass­word in my iPad! Mar­itza Ar­royo Muñiz

A Does your Ap­ple ID work any­where else? Try log­ging in at https://ap­pleid.ap­ple.com. If you can log in there, then per­haps the email ad­dress used for your lo­gin is wrong on the iPad. Check it in Set­tings > iTunes & App Store. If the email ad­dress there matches the one you used when you logged in through the web browser, try sign­ing out on all your mo­bile de­vices and then chang­ing the pass­word on your desk­top. If this still doesn’t work, or you can’t even log in through the web browser, it’s pos­si­ble your ac­count has been locked. You’ll need to go to www.ap­ple.com/ sup­port/ap­pleid and get Ap­ple to re­set your Ap­ple ID ac­count.
