LUIS’S APPLE CLASSIC!

-

The Macintosh Plus had the longest production run of any Mac ever. Introduced at the start of 1986, you could still buy one at the end of 1990. The case was the same all-in-one box as the original Macintosh, but this model’s memory was measured in megabytes, not kilobytes. It was the first Mac to use double-sided floppy disks, it’s the oldest that can run System 7, and it marked the switch from hitherto dominant beige computer cases to Apple’s distinctive ‘Platinum’ grey.
