Discord enables people to host private chat rooms for friends, or to join communities hosted by brands or big names. Within someone’s Discord server, you can create different sub-chats for specific topics, and share media and make voice calls within it. And you can mention someone to trigger a notification to them, or you can just chat away in the background.
