Keeping logs

-

Parental Controls keeps a log of your child’s use of apps, and websites they visit. To access these, click the padlock at the bottom left of Parental Controls, then enter your admin account’s credentials. Select your child’s account, then click Logs to see their activity. First click on the “Show Activity for” pop-up to filter by time.

There are two tabs: Applications and Web. Click the former to display a helpful pie chart which shows how your child has been dividing their times between apps. The box on the right contains exact details. Click the arrow to the left of an app to see the times and durations of its use.

The Web tab displays a list of all sites accessed, along with a pie chart detailing how long your child has spent on each one. You can open sites from here to check their suitability.
