Will you buy the new Macbook Pro?

With the 2018 MacBook Pro now on sale — and costing more than ever — we wanted to know if you’re planning on purchasing a new machine. My mid–2012 MacBook Pro works fine. It has a 2.7 GHz processor and is maxed out with 16GB memory; you can never have too much. I don’t need much storage either, so the 500GB SSD is just right. Don Bolin No – I have a 2015 MacBook Pro with plenty of ports. What I’m waiting for is the new 12.9–inch iPad Pro as 90% of what I do is on the iPad. I’m sure I won’t need a MacBook much longer. Tom Slayton I actually bought my 2016 MacBook Pro (15–inch) with video editing in mind. At some point, when cash flow improves, I will opt for an iMac Pro.
