Essentials in your pocket

With the right apps, your iPhone can be a powerful part of a productivity toolkit

-

Event creation

Fantastical’s natural language smarts have always been the app’s big differentiator. When creating a new event, a preview is built as you add more details, making it less likely you’ll make a mistake and later miss an important meeting. Of course, you can speak your event’s details instead, if you’re not keen on typing.

Remind yourself

Apple’s Reminders has an interface that’s… divisive. Within Fantastical, you can get at all your reminders in one massive list, or optionally organize them into separate lists. It’s a fast and efficient way to browse your reminders, and also to make quick edits and delete entries that you no longer need.

A really big list

One of the major plus points of Fantastical is that your events appear as one big scrolling list. This makes it extremely easy to browse upcoming events in your calendar — or those in the past. You can use the DayTicker or pull–down month view to jump to a specific date, and then tap the toolbar to instantly snap back to the present.
