YOUNG teenagers have been charged by Mandurah detectives in relation to motor vehicle and other thefts in Mandurah. They allege a 13-year-old boy stole a Hyundai station wagon after a burglary at a Halls Head home on November 7. They claim the boy drove it to Halls Head Community College, where a 13-year-old boy from Falcon started driving it around nearby streets. The Hyundai was recovered later that day at an address in Halls Head and the 13-year-old boy was subsequently charged with stealing a motor vehicle. In an unrelated incident, two boys aged 15 and 13 allegedly broke into a Dawesville holiday home and stole various items. The 15-year-old has been charged with aggravated burglary and stealing. Detectives are conducting inquiries into the 13-year-old boy.
