Fri­day, Septem­ber 15, 7pm. d472980 PRE­PARE to be daz­zled at Safety Bay Se­nior High School’s Cheer Dance Spe­cial­ists Pro­gram’s an­nual Cheer Dance Spectacular at Man­durah Per­form­ing Arts Cen­tre on Fri­day, Septem­ber 15 at 7pm.

The dance spectacular fea­tures stu­dents from Years 7 to 12 per­form­ing cheer­lead­ing rou­tines as well as bal­let, pom, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyri­cal, com­mer­cial jazz and con­tem­po­rary dance.

Co-or­di­na­tor Melissa Wilt­shire said the spectacular was the big end-of-year show pro­mot­ing all the hard work over the year for both spe­cial­ist pro­gram and gen­eral dance cour­ses.

“Come and see our War­riors team per­form all their win­ning rou­tines from the Aussie Gold Cham­pi­onships on the Gold Coast ear­lier this year and also our Level 2 stunt group Flaw­less and Level 3 stunt group Fame, both of which came first in their di­vi­sions at the re­cent Rock n Cheer Cham­pi­onships.”

Safety Bay Se­nior High School dance spe­cial­ist teacher Elise Holton said it was a night not to be missed.

“I am so proud of our girls, they have worked hard all year build­ing their skills cul­mi­nat­ing in some fan­tas­tic rou­tines high­lighted at the re­cent State cham­pi­onships.”

She said achieve­ment awards would be pre­sented to the best per­form­ing stu­dents.
