Family centre seeks public feedback
THE team at Manjimup Family Centre is looking for valuable information from the public about the centre’s services.
About 2400 surveys will be mailed out to Manjimup residents for their responses to the centre’s services and potential new ideas.
“We’re asking people about whether they know us, use us and if they do, which services they use,” centre coordinator Andre Foulon said.
“We want you to tell us what services we don’t have or haven’t thought of.”
The responses from the survey will help with the centre’s preparation for the next round of funding agreements.
Mr Foulon said under the new State Government, the same parameters were in effect for funding as during the last government.
“It’s likely we’ll have to enter to an open tender for funding and be in competition with bigger not-for-profits,” he said.
The surveys will be mailed with a return envelop and people who participate will go in the draw to win a $100 gift card.
Surveys are due by the end of June.
Manjimup Family Centre coordinator Andre Foulon is calling on people to fill out a community survey to help gauge response to the centre's services.
