A special new menu for fes­tive food lovers

KINGS­LEY Mo­tel is open for busi­ness this fes­tive sea­son and the staff are ready to cater for fam­ily and cor­po­rate func­tions with a fresh and af­ford­able new sum­mer menu.

The Hamer­s­ley fam­ily are ex­cited to share their “farmto-fork” din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence with guests.

A range of tasty dishes made from lo­cal pro­duce is read­ily avail­able on the Aus­tralian-Asian fu­sion menu which also in­cludes a range of di­etary and al­lergy friendly op­tions, such as ve­gan, veg­e­tar­ian, gluten free and dairy free.

The res­tau­rant of­fers evening ta­ble book­ings and lunchtime func­tion book­ings for up to 130 guests, with the op­tion of a pri­vate deck­ing area avail­able for groups be­tween eight and 22 peo­ple.

Kings­ley Mo­tel head chef Dex­ter Mahi­nay said guests could ex­pect to see a cou­ple of ex­tra sur­prises added to the al­ready ex­cit­ing fu­sion menu in the lead-up to Christ­mas.

“The new menu is an Aus­tralian-Asian style fu­sion with a va­ri­ety of in­ter­na­tional cuisines in there as well,” he said.

“We’ll work with guests to ac­com­mo­date everybody’s Christ­mas event needs.”

Ad­di­tions to the sum­mer menu in­clude more lo­cal wine sup­pli­ers which are avail­able to en­joy along­side a great va­ri­ety of beers, ciders and also spir­its.
