Guest chef rel­ishes event op­por­tu­nity

PEO­PLE at­tend­ing the Truf­fle Ker­fuf­fle are not the only ones ex­cited about the event, with spe­cial guests also count­ing down the days.

Perth’s Shadow Wine Bar chef Sue Hutchins will make her Truf­fle Ker­fuf­fle de­but later this month.

Ms Hutchins’ ap­pear­ance co­in­cides with a new Sun­day brunch to be held on June 24, where she will cook for peo­ple at the tick­eted event.

“I’m pretty ex­cited to show­case the South­ern Forests pro­duce and give it Shadow Wine Bar’s twist,” she said.

“It should be a great event, filled with loads of truf­fle.”

Ms Hutchins said the Truf­fle Ker­fuf­fle was well known around Aus­tralia and since mov­ing to WA, she had wanted the chance to get along to the event.

As the fea­tured chef for the Sun­day brunch, Ms Hutchins said she had free rein over the menu.

Ms Hutchins said she also looked for­ward to watch­ing cook­ing demon­stra­tions at the event.
