Black tie speedway event

THE South­ern For­est Ma­chin­ery Race­way cel­e­brated its sea­son end with a wind up event at Jar­rah Jacks on May 19.

The black tie event saw ju­nior and se­nior stars within the club re­warded for their hard work through­out the sea­son.

Win­ners in­cluded Jonty Barnsby in the ju­nior top stars, Matthew Thom­son first place in the ju­nior new stars, David Fall first place in street stocks and Drew Ogle first place in pro­duc­tions.

Fall was also the over­all high­est points award win­ner, Jack Favero won the pres­i­dent’s award, the best un­placed driver was Ricky Sing and the most im­proved driver was El­lie Sing.

Michael Ogle and Mark Fardella were third and sec­ond in pro­duc­tions, while Drew Ogle was first.
