High Coun­try Fes­ti­val a huge suc­cess

MANS­FIELD once again hosted a very suc­cess­ful High Coun­try Fes­ti­val over the past week­end with thou­sands turn­ing out on Fri­day night for chil­dren’s ac­tiv­i­ties, en­ter­tain­ment and a mag­nif­i­cent fire­works dis­play.

The week­end con­tin­ued with a bush mar­ket, fun run and art ex­hi­bi­tions fin­ish­ing yes­ter­day with the an­nual Mans­field Race Day hosted by the Mans­field District Race Club.

POP GOES THE CORN: Mans­field Café Con­nect joined in the fun of the fair giv­ing out bags of pop­corn. Early to line up for one was Da­mon Ma­son be­ing served by Michael Shaw and helper Shan­non Stephens.

KICK­ING OFF: Start­ing off the Rock Out con­cert were the Rhythm Stix lead by Mauz Pren­der­gast.

CARNIVALE: Marks IGA spon­sored the chil­dren’s Sideshow Car­ni­val again this year with hun­dreds of chil­dren lin­ing up to take part in the many ac­tiv­i­ties. Among them were Tiger Lee and Kiara Brack­man pic­tured with IGA staff mem­bers Anna Stevens, Mary Marks and Ni­c­hole Ben­nett.
