Thomas a titan in the ring

Mansfield Courier - - SPORT -

SEAN Thomas, part of Bonnie Doon’s boxing brotherhood alongside JJ Curtin and Jensen Curtin, has notched up yet another victory.

After returning from the UK in July with a gold medal, Sean flew to Tasmania to take on one of the state’s best.

With an outstanding show of speed and technique, Sean again showed he is heading all the way to the top.

Sean won all three rounds, out boxing his opponent to leave the judges in no doubt who the winner was.

Sean’s coach, Kel Bryant, said the performance was a great win for Sean, and a statement to everyone, proving yet again he is a force to be reckoned with and a future star.

Sean has a big year ahead, and is back in full training for more success.

Sean remains in a fantastic position to launch his bid for a spot in the Australian Commonwealth Games team for next year.
