Note: coconut flours are all different, so you may need to add more flour if the dough is too sticky, or more water if the dough is dry.
Place the dough on to a flour bench top and roll into a ball using your hands.
Break the dough in half and roll out individually.
Place the two pizzas on to the lined tray in the oven and bake for 12-15 mins, or until only slightly golden in colour.
Cover the pizza bases with tomato paste and your other chosen toppings.
Place back in oven until the cheese is golden brown.
Remove them from the oven and serve straight away, enjoy.
