Note: co­conut flours are all dif­fer­ent, so you may need to add more flour if the dough is too sticky, or more wa­ter if the dough is dry.

Place the dough on to a flour bench top and roll into a ball us­ing your hands.

Break the dough in half and roll out in­di­vid­u­ally.

Place the two piz­zas on to the lined tray in the oven and bake for 12-15 mins, or un­til only slightly golden in colour.

Cover the pizza bases with tomato paste and your other cho­sen top­pings.

Place back in oven un­til the cheese is golden brown.

Re­move them from the oven and serve straight away, en­joy.
