CELEBRITY chef Jamie Oliver shares his fast and sim­ple recipes to make mid­week fam­ily din­ners a breeze. And with just a hand­ful of in­gre­di­ents, these dishes will fill stom­achs with­out break­ing the bank.

In this week’s episode, the Naked Chef serves up a slow-cook stun­ner and a one-pan won­der. On the menu is Jamie’s ale bar­ley lamb shanks, where he takes two of man’s favourite things – beer and meat – and turns them into a heart-warm­ing meal for all the fam­ily.

On the lighter side, Jamie’s stun­ning Asian tuna steak salad will have you at the din­ner ta­ble in just 10 minutes. He also serves up Ital­ian-seared steak and a veg­etable pasta with at­ti­tude.
