McIvor Times - - RABBIT STEW - Oreo Two-o-misu

In­gre­di­ents: 125g Philadel­phia spread­able cream cheese 1/3 cup caster sugar 1/2 cup thick­ened cream 1/3 cup cold strong black cof­fee 2 ta­ble­spoons Marsala or Frangelico

6 Oreo clas­sic or choco­late cream cook­ies, bro­ken in half

120g Cad­bury Milk Bak­ing Choco­late, grated

Rasp­ber­ries or mixed berries, for serv­ing Method: 1. Beat the Philly and sugar with an elec­tric mixer un­til just com­bined. Add the cream and beat un­til light and fluffy.

2. Com­bine the cof­fee and Marsala in a shal­low dish.

3. Dip Oreo into cof­fee mix­ture then place 2 into each serv­ing glass. Top each with some cream then sprin­kle with the grated choco­late. Re­peat with an­other layer of Oreo, cream and choco­late, fin­ish­ing with the re­main­ing grated choco­late. Chill.

4. Dec­o­rate with fresh berries prior to serv­ing.
