WHILE SEVEN AUS­TRALIAN WOMEN DIE FROM THE DIS­EASE EACH DAY, EARLY DE­TEC­TION AND IM­PROVED TREAT­MENTS HAVE LED TO AN 89 PER CENT CHANCE OF SUR­VIVAL FIVE YEARS AF­TER DI­AG­NO­SIS. HAV­ING COM­PLETED HER TREAT­MENT IN LATE SEPTEM­BER, LYNDA IS LOOK­ING FOR­WARD TO GET­TING ON WITH HER LIFE.
