PEO­PLE who sign up to the NBN get the in­ter­net and phone as a bun­dle.

They should be en­ti­tled to think they have a re­li­able ser­vice.

How­ever, when the in­ter­net and phone go down (as it did for us af­ter the re­cent rain) how do you con­tact your ISP to re­port the prob­lem? JOHN RAN­DALL, Halls Head.
