Residential APARTMENTS ADD VARIETY

Melville Times - - Residential -

FINBAR’S new development in Palmyra will provide residential diversity in an area largely comprising houses and villas.

Palmyra Apartments Estates at 43 McGregor Road will be a gated residential community consisting of about 254 apartments in four low-rise buildings among landscaped gardens.

It will be developed in two stages.

Palmyra Apartments Estates East Stage 1 and Palmyra Apartments Estates West Stage 2, with the first stage due for completion in late 2019.

Stage 1 East will provide 133 residences, including one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and resort-style facilities including a 25m lap pool, poolside cabanas, sun deck, barbecue, commercial-grade gym, spa, sauna and residents’ lounge.

Finbar chief operations officer Ronald Chan said the project would create a benchmark for resort apartment living in Palmyra.

“Wellbeing has been a key design focus throughout the development,” he said.

“We want residents to feel like they are living in a luxurious holiday resort all year round.”

Palmyra Apartments Estates has been designed to sit in harmony with its leafy surrounds.

Nestled among mature trees, it will include native landscaping that will flow around and through the development.

The use of space, natural light and classic choices of colours, texture and materials will create apartments that are bright and spacious.

Luxury will also be a focus, with European-style appliances, reconstituted stone benchtops and quality carpets in living areas.

Residents will have the convenience of living in walking distance of schools and shops, including a Woolworths supermarket, and a short drive from Melville Plaza and Garden City Shopping Centre.

Selling agent Robin Schneider said Palmyra was becoming an increasingly popular suburb due to its proximity and easy connectivity to Fremantle, the coast and the Perth CBD.

“The development’s closeness to Murdoch University and Fiona Stanley Hospital is also going to be a big drawcard,” he said.

“Finbar’s Palmyra Apartments Estates offers a rare opportunity to enter an established leafy community and live a luxury lifestyle with everything you need on your doorstep at an extremely affordable price.

“Purchasers have the added advantage of securing their apartment at today’s prices with nothing more to pay until completion.”

Prices start from $259,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, from $339,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and from $495,000 for a three-bedroom apartment.
