DUE PROCESS FOLLOWED

Melville Times - - Opinion -

N, Lomma (Times, October 17) wants due process to take its course – well it just has.

A conflict of interest was reported to the CCC, who investigated, found the conflict did exist but exonerated your “hard-working public servant” because he had declared his interest.

That’s what due process is about.

The information about this conflict of interest is clear and is all on the public record for anyone to see.

Our society depends upon honest people reporting suspicious activity when they see it.

We are asked all the time to do that.
