Place the mix in a non-stick tray and spread out to form the base. Slide the tray into the oven at high heat and bake until the crust is browned; 10 minutes.
4/ Toast your efforts
Grill your work of art on the high shelf for a few minutes. When the veg has softened and the cheese has started to turn golden, you’re set.
