Rest your left arm above your head and tilt your pelvis so your tailbone is raised. Finally, lift your left foot. This is the correct alignment for maxcapacity lung power.
Inhale through your nose and blow out into the balloon three times. It forces you to fully exhale, drop your ribs and reposition your diaphragm. You’ll pull a PB out of thin air.
