ALIGNED POWER

Lie back and dig your heels into a wall with your legs bent at a 90° an­gle. Clasp a small ball be­tween your knees to en­gage your legs.

THE LUNG GAME

Rest your left arm above your head and tilt your pelvis so your tail­bone is raised. Fi­nally, lift your left foot. This is the cor­rect align­ment for max­ca­pac­ity lung power.

PUFFED-UP POS­TURE

In­hale through your nose and blow out into the bal­loon three times. It forces you to fully ex­hale, drop your ribs and re­po­si­tion your di­aphragm. You’ll pull a PB out of thin air.
