One staple market stallholder is Tasmanian Buffalo with its offering of grass-fed Asian water buffalo meat, bred near Preston. Take the time to chat with the farmers who grow your vegies or pull up a chair at the outdoor bar to people watch. Held the first and third Saturday of the month.
