Explore tree change

Midland Reporter - - Shop Small - National Lifestyle Village Helena Valley VIP event

NATIONAL Lifestyle Village’s Helena Valley property will host a VIP event on Sunday, November 19.

It will celebrate the opening of stage 2 of the village’s clubhouse, and follows a soldout first event last month.

Project director John Green said guests would be treated to a presentation on the facilities and features, followed by a tour of the village before lunch at the clubhouse.

“As well as $25,000 worth of bonuses, there will be door prizes and a wine gift for attendees,” he said.

“The first event, which was also limited to 50 attendees, sold out quickly, so we’re expecting a similar response Where: Helena Valley village, 2340 Helena Valley Road. When: November 19, 10.30am-2pm. Phone: 6298 0888.

when we open up reservations.”

Mr Green said the Helena Valley village was a gated community, typically aimed at residents seeking a ‘tree change’.

“NLV’s communities are an affordable solution for those who are younger than those considering to settle into a retirement village,” he said.

“In fact, the average age of a person moving into a NLV land lease community is in their 60s, whereas the average entry age for a retirement village is their 70s and 80s.

“The range of activities they have at Helena Valley Lifestyle Village, from aqua aerobics in the heated pool, barbecues and fish and chip nights, to pool and darts competitions, means there’s never a dull moment.”

Other facilities include an arts centre, sauna, spa, bowling green, caravan storage facilities, hobby workshop and a community garden. Visit www.nlv.com.au/vip/.
