The Ital­ian Job is well or­gan­ised by Fred­die St Ge­orge and his mother Gi­u­lia but in­for­mal too which cre­ates a fun and friendly at­mos­phere. Peo­ple of all ages and from all walks of life do The Ital­ian Job, some just once or twice, oth­ers come back year af­ter year. Whether a new Job­ber or an old timer, you will feel equally wel­come.

From the event, you get a fan­tas­tic one­off ex­pe­ri­ence that money can’t buy, with six nights in four-star ho­tels with all food in­cluded, a driving ad­ven­ture through some of the most spec­tac­u­lar scenery in Europe, back up from the ser­vice van, the op­por­tu­nity to help dis­ad­van­taged chil­dren, and much more. Since it be­gan in 1990, nearly 2.5 mil­lion pounds has been raised. Cur­rently the cho­sen char­ity is Va­ri­ety, the chil­dren’s char­ity, which was pre­sented with its first Ital­ian Job ‘Sun­shine Coach’ a few years ago.

To take part you will need:

• A car fea­tured in the 1969 Ital­ian Job film or its modern equiv­a­lent.

• A co-driver.

• To be over 21 years old.

• To pay ap­prox £1000 per per­son.

• Money for fuel and tolls.

• Aim to raise a min­i­mum of £1500 in spon­sor­ship and do­na­tions.

• A sense of ad­ven­ture and good sense of hu­mour!
